Overview of our payment methods

Shopify Payments

In cooperation with Shopify Payments, we offer you the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro

- Apple Pay
You can pay with Apple Pay during the ordering process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device by following verification steps. Apple Pay uses the payment details you have stored in the Apple Wallet app for the transaction. For more information, see https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT201469

- Bancontact
Customers who have a Bancontact card with a participating bank can pay with Bancontact. Select at checkout Bancontact as payment method and complete the order process by Buy now You will then be redirected to the Bancontact online portal where you can either use the Bancontact app or manually enter your Bancontact card details to start the payment. After successful authorization and processing of the payment, you will be redirected back to us and receive an order confirmation by email.

- eps transfer
(only for orders with delivery or billing address in Austria)
The eps transfer payment system is offered by PSA Payment Services Austria GmbH, Handelskai 92, Gate 2, 1200 Vienna, Austria. If you choose the eps transfer payment system, you will be redirected to a bank selection list. Here you can select your bank and will be connected directly to its online banking form. There you can enter your TAN or electronic signature and the purchase amount will be transferred from your account to our account.
- Google Pay
You can pay with Google Pay during the ordering process. To do so, you must confirm the payment using the "Google Pay" mobile app on a supported device by following the verification steps. Google Pay uses the payment details you have stored in the app for the transaction. You can find more information at https://support.google.com/pay/merchants/answer/6345242?hl=de
- iDeal
iDEAL is an online payment method that allows you to pay through your own bank. iDEAL is not a central electronic payment system, but a collection of technical contracts between banks and transaction processors. Based on these technical contracts, iDEAL is seamlessly integrated into the banks' online banking. iDeal payments do not incur any additional fees.

- Klarna invoice
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

  • Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract for the purpose of address and credit checks. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check. - Shop Pay
Shopify Pay is a payment method provided by Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland. When you complete a checkout process and enter your shipping, billing, and credit card information, you can save your information to Shop Pay by entering your mobile number and enabling it. This saves you from having to re-enter your payment information, such as email address, credit card number, and shipping information, at the checkout of a Shopify store. When you check out using Shop Pay, you will be directed to the order review page. If you use the Shop app, you will be prompted to verify your purchase through the app. If you only use Shop Pay, you can verify your purchase with a one-time six-digit code sent to you in a text message. When you shop in our store again using the same device, you can check out without the Shop app or an SMS confirmation. During checkout, you will be redirected to Shop Pay to verify your information before returning to checkout to complete your purchase.
After you opt in to Shop Pay and complete verification, you can use your saved information for any Shopify checkout that has the feature enabled. You won't need to verify again. If you want to change your Shop Pay account information, you'll need to log in to Shop Pay with your current registered email address before you can update your information. You can opt out of Shop Pay at any time.

- Union Pay

PayPal

Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
2. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and make the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Setting up a PayPal account is not necessary for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal.
