Returns made easy: How it works
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If something doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can easily return your items. Here are step-by-step instructions for returns:
1. Conditions for a return
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Returns should be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging. Labels must not be cut/peeled off.
2. Start the return process
- Please use the return request form on this page.

- Make a return request: Select the order you wish to return and click "Return Item".
- Specify reason for return: Select the reason for return from the list (e.g. wrong size, defective, etc.).

- Write us a short email stating that you would like to return the item. Please tell us your name and order number.
3. Receive return label
- Free returns: If we offer free returns (customers from Germany and the EU), you will receive the return label from us by email.
- Own return label: If you are responsible for the return yourself (international customers), you can find the shipping address here: BSU, Hauptstraße 100, 69168 Wiesloch.
4. Pack and ship items
- Pack the items securely in a box, preferably in the original box.
- Please enclose the delivery note or return form to speed up processing.
- Attach the return label clearly to the package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest parcel service point.
5. Refund or Exchange
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method you selected.
- Alternatively, you can request an exchange. Please indicate this when submitting your return request.

Christmas Return Policy: Conditions and Details
We would like to offer you a special return policy during the Christmas season. Below you will find the applicable conditions:

- Applies to all orders in our online shop placed between December 6, 2024 and December 24, 2024 .
- The decisive factor is the time at which the order was placed.
2. Return
- Returns are possible until January 16, 2025 .
3. Exceptions
- The right of return does not apply to goods for which there is no statutory right of withdrawal according to §§ 312g, 355 BGB .

- The right of return expires if the goods have been used or damaged.
